A blockchain is a continuously growing list of records, called blocks, which are linked and secured using cryptography. Each block typically contains a cryptographic hash of the previous block, a timestamp, and transaction data. By design, a blockchain is resistant to modification of the data. It is "an open, distributed ledger that can record transactions between two parties efficiently and in a verifiable and permanent way".

Currently platform does not allow you to on-board both as Borrower and Investor. If you want to try - you can on-board using a different email address (new sign up).
You can also look to use 2 different browsers like Chrome and Mozilla - One as a Borrower and other as an Investor. Please make sure you have MetaMask installed on both the Browsers.
Transactions take some to be approved after they are submitted on blockchain - It is because they are validated. This process is called mining. Mining of transaction can take from several seconds to few minutes. When you are interacting with platform just be patient, if you discover a bug or you want to suggest an improvement. Please feel free to submit it - We will look to pick it up ASAP.
